We currently have nine (make that seven) new Manufactured Homes that we had originally intended to install in the Pioneer Pines Manufactured Housing Community, in Bakersfield California. As sometimes happens, our plans have changed, and we have decided at this time to sell those units. We would like to clear this inventory soon, so we may move on to new projects, so we have elected to let these go at our cost.
