Pioneer Pines Park is a 356 space Maufactured Home Community in Bakersfield, California. The project is located off Highway 58 at Fairfax Avenue and Eucalyptus Drive, at 6601 Eucalyptus Drive, Bakersfield, CA 93306.

A Community in Transition
The park was purchased in 2000-2001 by a nonprofit housing group. After spending several years, and several million dollars rehabilitating the community, the park was recently sold to its current owner. Homes of the West, L.L.C. has been the on-site community new home sales group since 2003, and has placed a large number of new manfuactured homes in the community. The new community owners are very excited and have big plans to finish the rehabilitation started by the nonprofit, and to bring the community to an entirely new level of living style and service. We, along with the new community owners, are dedicated to the completion of the community's rehabilitation and fill-up.
Community Amenities
Pioneer Pines Park was, at one time, a rough place to live. When the major construction was finished by the nonprofit in 2003-2004, the Community sprang to life with new amenities and services for its homeowners. The Community features a large clubhouse with a large commercial kitchen and dining area, recreation including a pool table, large-screen TV with DVD, and a computer lab. The clubhouse also features a dedicated work-out room with equipment and cardio machines. Outside the clubhouse, you will find a pool and jacuzzi, a commercial grade BBQ and large grassy area for picnics, as well as a completely enclosed children's pay area. We are currently preparing new pictures and will post them as soon as they are available. In addition to the amenities at the clubhouse, the Community features a perimeter wall with gated-guarded access, a community coin-operated laundry, greenbelt spaces and wide, inviting streets.
